yum install perl-CPAN

( Need to answer same basic config questions and specify CPAN url , my
was : ftp://mirrors.nlab.su/pub/CPAN/ )
Working!
P.S. yum install perl-Test-Simple ( may be include Test::More , I
found via rmp search , but never installed since made all working from
steps above )
