[Release Planning 3.4] Samba 3.4.15 will be the last 3.4 bugfix release

Hey folks,

with the release of Samba 3.6.0, the 3.3 series has been marked
discontinued. The 3.4 series has been turned into the security fixes only
mode, but there will be one last bugfix release: 3.4.15.

If there are no objections, I would like to schedule Samba 3.4.15 for
Tuesday, August 23.
