[Samba] Odd timestamps/replication latencies with Samba4

Another data point: it definitely seems to be replicating, given that
the same command on the same server this morning shows that the USN has
been going up:

Default-First-Site-Name\VICTORY      @ USN     58533 @ Time 9429-12-28
22:06:10	

but the timestamp is still rather unusual.
