reorganize insertions order in provision in order not to add "linked" object that depend on non present objects

Hi andrew,

Following my work to add pseudo backlink to DN syntax attribute I found 
myself with bugs when trying to provision.

I find out that it was because we were trying to modify/add attributes 
with a DN value that pointed to a non existent (yet) object.

What do you think of it ?
