possible git clean required: --enable-s3build now the default in the top level build

These patches are now in the tree, except that pending my work with Simo
on GSSAPI, the default test is only the Samba4 tests for now. 

A 'git clean -x -f -d' from the top level should fix any one-off build
issues in the s3 autoconf build arising from the change in the default
build (ie strange errors arising from krb5-proto.h).
