ldb-1.1.0 permissions

Would it be possible to see announcements on this list whenever ldb,
tdb, tevent and talloc see a new upstream release? It would make life
easier for those of us who maintain these packages in distributions.

Ideally, such announcements would include release notes with at least a
high-level view of what changed.
