samba upgrade provision error

Error :  your netbios name must not be equal to your dns name
my netbios name: ITSDC
my DNS : ITSDC.UM.AC.IT

Thanks Mat for your reply i have about 450 users in my domain , is there any
samba tool for change old samba NT domain to new one , what is your best
recommended for change my NT Domain or its better to install new samba
instead upgrade it !?
