samba4: upgradeprovision --full fails

It should be noted that old provision databases normally work quite
fine.  There usually isn't a need for upgradeprovision - so in the day
to day updates you may do in a development or testing environment, reach
for that very useful tool when you need it.  Otherwise, most things will
just keep working just as they did before.
