S4 / S3 trusts supported? [Was: Samba 4 alpha 13]

Not yet Adam,
but we are working on trust relationships, so by the time we are done it
might work.
We are not working on specific NT4 <-> AD trusts but if the work to add
them is not much it may just happen.
It will take a while anyway, not something that will be ready tomorrow.
