Accessing config parameters

Hi,

I'm creating a little patch for samba3. I am new to this, haven't done much
contributions to opensource projects yet, but already got a lot of help on
#samba-technical from gd.
I'd like to restrict rpc userlistings, but I'd like it to be an optional
testing feature (although we use it).
What is the proper way to access configration parameters (smb.conf)? I'd
like to do it from rpc_server/srv_samr_nt.c if this matters.
