sam.ldb error

  I restored the older version (Version 4.0.0alpha12-GIT-72cd5bc) from 
the backups and everthing is working fine its only when i upgraded to 
the Version 4.0.0alpha12-GIT-35aed17 i started facing this problem.


I'm going to do a full rebuild and upgrade my provision again lets see 
what happens this time.
