Hi Metze, all
yet another patch ;)
This patch changes slightly the behaviour of how machines are added:
Now the cn and sAMAccountName become upercased and have $ character 
removed from the end. This seems to be closer to the default way windows 
(only tested on 7 though) that windows joins the domain
Given bug 7441 (https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7441) this 
might be the better way to use default join mechanism with imported accounts
