sam.ldb error

  Hi All,

i have got the following error when trying to create the user from the 
"net command"

#net newuser "username"
New Password:
ERROR: Failed to create user "username" : 
../lib/ldb/ldb_tdb/ldb_index.c:1183: Failed to re-index objectSid in 
CN=username,CN=Users,DC=XXX,DC=com - 
../lib/ldb/ldb_tdb/ldb_index.c:1115: unique index violation on objectSid 
in CN=username,CN=Users,DC=XXX,DC=com
