Ah, there is actually one thing that would be useful, make it work with
Heimdal. Günther helped a bit with some krb stuff, but I haven't had
time to do a full build and test using Heimdal. I expect there may be
minor stuff then needs some #ifdef work to make it compile/work properly
with Heimdal and Heimdal/gssapi as well.
