[PATCH] ipv6address support in pidl and libndr

Hi List,

Attached is a small patch that adds ipv6address support in pidl and
libndr (similarly to what is done for ipv4address). 

The bit shifting used in pull/push functions is a bit nasty. There is
probably something easier to achieve similar task.
