implementation problem?

this patch applied I am getting the right set of objects returned most of
the times.
There are few exceptions though - when a test is creating/deleting object
rapidly, there
is a good change for the DRSUAPI_EXOP_FSMO_RID_ALLOC implementation
to return more than 3 objects. But this is not a problem for the moment.
