some help for building samba4 on mac os X 10.6

After a solid week of hacking, we have got Samba4 to build on MacOS
(using master), however it now creates un-killable binaries on the
system we were using.  

It really was quite exhausting, and may be some time before we re-enter
this rat-hole...
