"__attribute__" specifier

Hi Jelmer,

is this "__attribute__" specifier really needed?
> __attribute__((deprecated)) void tdb_logging_function(struct 
> tdb_context *tdb, tdb_log_func);
I've noticed that it breaks Solaris 8 cc on the buildfarm. Therefore I'm 
asking if it's really essential or if it could be changed with something 
similar but more compatible.
