Well, the Samba4 HOWTO still says to post to samba-technical. I think
some of the stuff you're asking about might also be appropriate for
the heimdal mailing list.
Anyway, I've copied the samba-technical list.

The principal would be user at REALM.

As far as I understand, yes, each service needs its own SPN.
