Samba 4 should build fine without libkrb5-dev, since we include and build against our own version of
Heimdal. We ignore libkrb5-dev if it is installed.

This installs the build dependencies for Samba 3, not Samba 4 (the
source package for Samba 4 on Debian/Ubuntu is called "samba4"). It
installs the build dependencies of the Samba Debian package, not Samba
itself, which is a much longer list.
