add alias to vampire

  Hi all,

I'm a bit puzzled by net command for samba4 and I think some cleanning 
is needed and some unification

My first proposal would be to add dcmgmt category to do:

dc promotion
dc demotion
dc rodc promotion

For the moment I propose not to remove vampire because it's widely known 
but I suppose we can get rid of the net join <domain> RODC any comments ?
