Hi Kamen,
I am attaching a file with the full "make quicktest" output. There are other errors then just the one(s) mentioned before, including possibly a "panic" error or two.
It also appears to be a slightly newer build than the one you said you tested the Apple ldif with...
4.0.0alpha14-GIT-800a76d vs. Version 4.0.0alpha14-GIT-70250874

I've tested the file today (Nov-29), before sending it to you.
It should be something like: Version 4.0.0alpha14-GIT-70250874
Could you please update your Samba and try to re-add the ldif
using a cleanly provisioned Samba database?
