openldap simple bind patch

Hi List,

Zahari found a problem when trying to bind with openldap simple bind against samba4. We made a test to prove the behavior - the test is correct against Windows 2k3 but fails against 2k8 and so this problem we found happens only on Windows 2k3 systems. 
The proposed fix is in my repo: http://git.samba.org/?p=anatoliy/anatoliy.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/simple-bind
Basically i changed the logon_parameters for simple bind, with the defaults i found in ntlmssp_server.
