Failed to join domain: Failed to set password for machine account (NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE)

We are using samba-3.3.3. Net ads join failed to AD2008. Failed to join domain: Failed to set password for machine account (NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE).  Any comments are welcome.
