upgradeprovision error

Hello Marcel,

I have currently a huge amount of rework around upgradeprovision, which 
makes not so easy to chase this bug.

I hope to have this patches in the master git tree soon now (1/2 weeks) 
can you wait for those patches and see if the problem still occur ?
