DNSP code

Hi Sassyn,

I've pushed the DNSP code we were working on together at SambaXP to my
dnsp-wip branch. It only decodes a couple of name types so far, but it
should be fairly clear how to extend it to the other types.

After we've added decodings for the remaining types, the next step is
to use this code to build a ldb backend for bind9, based on the ldap
backend that RH did (I've CCd Simo, as he can give you a pointer to
that).
