[PATCH] Provisioning FDS

Hi Andrew,

Attached are some FDS-specific patches:

The first patch removes the -H parameter from oLschema2ldif
invocation because the parameter has been removed in a recent
revision.

The second patch disables subtree rename feature in FDS. This
feature was added not too long ago but it has a side effect that
it removes entrydn attribute which is needed by Samba. As a
temporary solution the feature should be disabled until this
bug is fixed:

These patches will fix most of the current test failures with
FDS backend.
