add more instruction on building s4

Hi Matthias,

So I reworded the quick howto because I _really_ think that these 
instruction are useful and can help s4 beginners to go further when they 
face a compilation error that is due to subtle changes in the pidl that 
are not catched up correctly by our current build system.
