In my /var/log/samba/smbd.log file, I see entries like this every few minutes
or so:

registry/reg_perfcount.c:reg_perfcount_get_base_index(84)
reg_perfcount_get_base_index: unable to open
[/var/cache/samba/CS_Samba/perfmon/names.tdb].

reg_perfcount_get_perf_data_block: unable to open
[/var/cache/samba/CS_Samba/perfmon/names.tdb].

Does anyone know how to get rid of this message? I noticed that names.tdb
doesn't exist, but even if I create it I still get the same message. I've
also tried adjusting permissions and that didn't work. I'm using samba
3.0.33 on RHEL 5.
