Hi guys,

I think refactoring of IDL for DsAddEntry call is ready now.
Please review the branch at:

There are few more things to be implemented:
 - torture test to explore DsAddEntry errors returned by Windows AD
   (just want to be sure docs are correct and also - how useful are 
    those error codes after all)
 - server side error creation is not complete
