Start merge DCERPC code...

Hi Tridge,

I've started with the first little steps merging the source3 and source4
dcerpc infrastructure. See http://wiki.samba.org/index.php/DCERPC for
more details.

Could you test that this branch
http://gitweb.samba.org/?p=metze/samba/wip.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/master4-dcerpc-ok
to make sure it doesn't break replication? For me it passes make test.

Note: you need a 'make idl_full'!
