this is not quite right dissected by wireshark. Looking at the sniff with
netmon you see that this is the FSCTL_LMR_SET_LINK_TRACKING_INFORMATION
function call.

afaics this does not endanger the returning of STATUS_NOT_SAME_DEVICE.

Note that we always used to return STATUS_NOT_SAME_DEVICE on whole subtree
rename calls anyway.
