patch for supporting getent group with s4 winbind

Metze,

This is a new version that takes your remarks!
I tested with the external libiniparser: it works, without pam: it 
"works" (pam_winbind.so is not compiled).

Didn't try the combined build but their shouldn't be any difference with 
libnss_windind I mean that if the combined build is able to deal with 
the fact that s3 and s4 both wants to build libnss_winbind then as 
libpam_winbind is defined mostly like libnss_winbind then it should work.
If not let me know.

I also pushed this in a
