Some small questions (s4)

Can someone their startup script to s4 (prefferably running cenots/redhat). I have some problem with getting my samba log working (maybe a smb.conf issue). 

And also, if i add a user from unix, how to add the user to a organisation unit? (i have windows, but it would be smooth to dont have to reboot to and use dsa.msc)
