s4 provision with ol fails (bugzilla.samba 7040?)

i have tried latest s4 pre-a12 from git with ol 2.4.21 and it seems it 
is still
hitting this bug:

"make quicktest" runs fine, patches from endi are included in this 
git-version.
any ideas?
