GSSAPI patch

Andrew,

since I wanted to track down the GSSAPI crash bug (which I'm still 
unsure why a first free can happen in a - very unrelated - dsdb utility 
call) I looked over the constructor and reordered the struct members to 
make sure that all is initialised.

Please have a look and tell me if it's fine.
