Upgradeprovision error

Dear All,
following is the error i'm getting when trying to upgrade samba 
provision the version i'm running is Version 4.0.0alpha12-GIT-e904443 
with the latest GIT which i downloaded today 23-06-10 morning 9.30 IST.

# ./scripting/bin/upgradeprovision --full -s /usr/local/samba/etc/smb.conf
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "./scripting/bin/upgradeprovision", line 25, in ?
     import ldb
ImportError: No module named ldb
