Upgrade provision error

Hi All,

I have been trying to upgrade my provision, and have got following 
error, I'm running samba version Version 4.0.0alpha12-GIT-e904443 (which 
i'm trying to upgrade) this provision has been upgraded several times 
earlier, but now there seems to be a challenge.

Please help

cd source4/
# ./scripting/bin/upgradeprovision --full -s /usr/local/samba/etc/smb.conf
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "./scripting/bin/upgradeprovision", line 25, in ?
     import ldb
ImportError: No module named ldb
