[patch] ldb.h not being found during samba4 build (waf)

Hi,

While trying to build a recent samba git checkout, I ran into a problem where 
it appeared not to be able to find ldb.h.

I have previously built ldb, and there is a /usr/local/samba/include/ldb.h, 
but waf doesn't appear to look in the right directory.

I'm not sure if it is the best way to solve it, but I hacked around the 
problem with the attached patch.
