[S4][PATCH]: Properly create gc._msdcs DNS records

Please find attached a patch to create the proper DNS record types for
the gc._msdcs records at provision time.  Without this change, after
adding an additional DC that is also a GC server, the new DC is not able
to register its own gc._msdcs records, and therefore will not be
recognized as a GC server.
