[PATCH] Fix Samba 3.0 schannel in international domains

Karolin,

I prepared this patch for a user of Samba 3.0, who had a non-ascii
character in their NetBIOS domain name.

It allows the Samba 3.0 domain member to correctly establish an schannel
connection to that domain.

The patch is not applicable to the current code, as we have reworked
this area to use IDL (indeed, that rework gave me the clue for the
backport). Also, while I've been told it works, I've not tested it
myself.

Is there a good place where we can put such a patch? It may help
someone else get out of a hole, but Samba 3.0 is clearly out of support
now, and combined with my lack of testing of it, it would be
inappropriate to check it in to the tree.

Perhaps a wiki page somewhere?

Thoughts?
