[Release Planning 3.5] 3.5.4 preparations

Hey folks,

this is a reminder that Samba 3.5.4 is scheduled for June 23, 2010.
That means, the 3.5 release branch will be frozen on Wednesday, June 16.
Please make sure that sure fixes will get into the tree in time.
