[PATCH] ctdb: Fixed use of reserved word "private" in typedefs

Fixed an issue that was preventing Samba 3.5.4 from compiling when using the "--with-ctdb" option. Two of the typedefs in include/ctdb.h were using "void *private" in their declarations, which threw an error based on a #define that reserves the word "private" when autoconf runs.

Like I said before, this completely prevents Samba from compiling with CTDB support.
