It's displayes like this now:

dreplsrv_op_pull_source(WERR_GENERAL_FAILURE/NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL) for

0x10 is DRSUAPI_EXOP_ERR_PARAM_ERROR

what windows version was the rid manager, and what domain and forest
functional levels are you using?
