The problems is that we're getting
DRSUAPI_EXOP_ERR_PARAM_ERROR (0x10) when we ask for a rid pool.

I guess the reason is this:

   extended_op              : DRSUAPI_EXOP_FSMO_RID_ALLOC (0x2)
   fsmo_info                : 0x084d97800909d598 (598300901673391512)

fsmo_info looks like a random value

The 2nd try looks like this:

   extended_op              : DRSUAPI_EXOP_FSMO_RID_ALLOC (0x2)
   fsmo_info                : 0x08bedf1000f1d380 (630186257706767232)

Do you use the latest master tree?
