[PATCH] s4/dsdb: Add DSDB_FLAG_NEXT_MODULE flag

Hey Andrew,

Following our discussion yesterday, here is the updated branch with assert
for passing valid flags.

As I said before - the aim of this patch is just to improve code readability
and make the intention of
dsdb_module_* functions caller clear enough for everyone to read the code.
