Could you please review my fix for LDAP nested searches?

I've implemented also a test case to show the issue with nested searches.

Frankly said, I find it a little bit clumsy to fix it the way I fixed it.
I was thinking about adding a new status for ldap_request being process.
Something like LDAP_REQUEST_IN_DISPATCH=5, but I am not quite
sure what the side-effect of this could be...
Anyways, any comments are warmly welcomed :)
