Using s3's winbind into s4

It's not complete, more of a placeholder right now. If you could
flesh it out with configuration info etc. to make it into a "real"
bug report as a user might have generated, that will make it much
easier for people to work on.

Separate issues please, that way we can parallelize fixes.
