[PATCH] s4-provision: Disable populating FDS during instance creation

Hi,

In FDS 1.2.5 or older there's a bug which caused it not to populate the
directory during Samba provisioning (which is the intended behavior).
In the latest code this bug has been fixed so now it's causing some
conflicts with Samba entries. This can be fixed by explicitly specifying
InstallLdifFile=none in FDS configuration so it will not to populate
the directory. This should work regardless of FDS version. The patch is
attached, it's also available in this branch:
