Hi Metze,

I've switched the code over to use RMD_FLAGS, with a
dsdb_dn_val_rmd_flags() function that uses memmem() and strtoul() to
find the flags. That should be fast enough to be practical for
filtering out deleted links, and makes it easier to add more flags.

I've also pushed the drs-linked-attribs branch to master.
